As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will have the freedom to further develop and roll out the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy. You will ensure that campaigns not only run but perform – targeting the right accounts with measurable results. You’ll translate data and customer insights into targeted growth actions and know exactly when to experiment, scale, or adjust.
This is not a static plan, but a dynamic environment where you maintain oversight and make key decisions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Branding, Performance, and Data teams, shifting between tools and people, and maximizing each stage of the funnel. With cutting-edge tools, an entrepreneurial team, and room for your ideas, you will actively contribute to Floryn’s (international) growth.
What will you do?
Together with Sales, you evaluate ongoing campaigns and brainstorm new account approaches. Then, you optimize a LinkedIn campaign based on CTR data
In the afternoon, you discuss creative concepts with the content team.
Then, you align with the CMO on the international channel strategy.
After lunch, you work on a personalized journey for a high-value customer. End the day with a creative brainstorming session with the team.
Then, enjoy a drink in the city!
You’ll join the marketing team at Floryn, which currently consists of 7 smart, creative specialists in content, performance, and strategy.
